Dr. Stephen Browne is a seasoned entrepreneur, energy executive, and economist with a career spanning advanced energy systems, critical infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Over nearly four decades, he has developed and commercialized innovative energy projects across North America, Eastern Europe, and Asia, helping bring breakthrough technologies from concept to market.

As Founder and CEO of The Stanton Group, Dr. Browne has led the development of conventional, renewable, and advanced energy projects worldwide—from supporting the deployment of nuclear infrastructure in Eastern Europe, including the storage of spent nuclear fuel initiatives in Ukraine, to securing power for 200 MW AI data center developments in Texas. His work has also included pioneering cross-border energy projects and advancing nuclear non-proliferation initiatives.

Dr. Browne is also the co-founder of Geothermal Technologies Inc., where he helped advance proprietary geothermal energy systems designed to deliver reliable, baseload power for next-generation infrastructure. Through Transformative Technologies, he continues to commercialize advanced energy solutions that support the growing power demands of AI and critical infrastructure. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT and an A.B. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Brian Gersh

Brian Gersh is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a career spanning talent representation, media, and film and television production. Over more than three decades, he has built and led businesses at the intersection of entertainment, content, and distribution, working with many of the industry’s most prominent actors, directors, and creators.

After beginning his career at Triad Artists, Brian rose to lead the Talent Department at the age of 28. Following its acquisition by The William Morris Agency, he became Co-Head of the Motion Picture Department, where he represented talent including Robert Downey Jr., Jackie Chan, Sean Penn, and Drew Barrymore.

He later served as President of Network Entertainment, where he has helped develop and produce a consistent slate of premium, award-winning documentaries and docuseries.

Throughout his career, Brian has leveraged long-standing industry relationships and deep operational experience to develop, finance, and produce content across film, television, and digital platforms.

Daniel Cardenas

Tony is the founder of Native Land Resource Conservancy (NLRC), a platform focused on identifying and developing “powered land”—strategic sites with access to energy and infrastructure critical to the future of AI and data center development.

Jeremy Schwartz

Jeremy Schwartz is a serial entrepreneur and operator with a diverse background spanning community-building, large-scale event production, real estate development, and brand strategy. As the Co-Founder of Summit, he helped build a global platform dedicated to connecting and fostering a community of entrepreneurs, executives, and cultural leaders. For nearly two decades, he led the company’s creative vision, overseeing brand, marketing, digital platforms, and the production of large-scale events and experiences around the world.

In addition to Summit, Jeremy is the former co-developer of Powder Mountain, the largest skiable resort in the United States, where he co-led its acquisition and ongoing development. He also played a key role in shaping Powder Mountain’s master-planned alpine community, integrating residential, hospitality, and cultural infrastructure, including a walkable village and over 1,000 ski-in/ski-out homes.

Jeremy is also the founder of All The Colors, a creative consultancy and growth marketing agency that advises companies on brand positioning, design, marketing strategy, and digital execution.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has focused on building brands, communities, and physical experiences that bring people together—leveraging design, storytelling, and technology to create lasting platforms for connection and growth.

John Cook

John Cook is a seasoned executive with a career spanning capital formation, energy, and emerging technology. For more than three decades, he has worked across both philanthropic and private investment sectors, raising and deploying capital in support of large-scale initiatives and early-stage ventures.

He spent the majority of his career at Johns Hopkins University, where he served as Director of Principal and Major Gifts, raising over $300 million and securing multiple transformational contributions, including gifts of $75 million and $50 million. Through this work, he built long-standing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners.

John has since focused on energy and emerging technology, supporting capital formation and strategic partnerships across sectors including geothermal, hydrogen, and advanced infrastructure. He has played a direct role in raising capital for early-stage companies and aligning investors with high-impact opportunities.

Richard Gonda is the founder and CEO. He has over 20 years experience in capital formation as a venture capitalist, investor, investment banker and as an investor relations advisor. He has seed financed private companies, invested in public companies and has global experience in a diverse range of industries.

Richard was CEO and Co-Founder of Titan Resources, Inc. a New York based oil and gas publicly traded company. He was instrumental in initiating the first wave of Chinese US public listings by engineering Gosun Communications’ entry into the US public markets in 2001.

James (“Jim”) Phillips is the CEO of Pegasus Capital Management, LLC. Jim began his career in corporate finance on Wall Street in the late 1970’s as a Financial Analyst for Bank of NY. Jim is a former regional Private Bank executive for Bank of America in Southern California. Jim also was Chief Investment Officer of $6 Billion investment advisor myCFO. Jim was born in Kingston, Jamaica and became a US Citizen in 1979. Keith Kaplan is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background spanning technology, media, and entertainment. As the Co-Founder and CEO of the Tesla Foundation, he led a science and technology think tank dedicated to advancing innovation and workforce development in emerging technologies. Under his leadership, the foundation had assets under management (AUM) of $350 million, focusing on research and education to promote the safe integration of technologies such as unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and robotics. The foundation created a global network of events and the staging of 10,000 person expos, conventions, and business conferences at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Keith served as an advisor to the White House, the Navy Seals, the State of California, and The City of Los Angeles on Innovation and Technology.

In addition to his role at the Tesla Foundation, Kaplan Co-Founded TGE Global Entertainment, Inc., where he served as Chief Operating Officer. TGE Global is an entertainment, media, and technology holdings company with an AUM of $275 million. At TGE Keith was part of the team that consulted Saudi Arabia and the UAE on the creation of Media and Studio Real Estate Assets and Film Funds.  The company has been instrumental in developing film and television studio spaces, notably planning a 92,000-square-foot facility at Chaffee Crossing in Fort Smith to support the burgeoning movie industry in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Dr. Victoria Vysotina is the Chief Investment Officer for UBS International and previously at Morgan Stanley Family Office. She is responsible for helping with the custom curation of portfolio strategies and investment opportunities for Family Office clients. Victoria brings more than 25 years of investment banking and asset management experience, having worked with a number of large families as a consultant before joining one of her clients, a multi-billion dollar international family office, as the Chief Investment Officer in 2017. Prior to that role, Victoria held various positions including as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Rockefeller Foundation and as a co-founder and Chief Investment Officer for a fintech start-up that focused on manager performance and attribution reporting and was sold to Addepar. Prior to her work in the investment community, Victoria had a decade long career in Fixed Income, including her work in debt capital markets for Morgan Stanley.

Victoria received her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Emory University and her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Kharkiv State University in Ukraine. As Chairman and CEO of BriteLab, Inc., he has led the restructuring of a U.S.-based leader in Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) and expanded its focus into logistics and autonomous automation. Previously, as CEO of UComm Global, Inc., Ali built a fintech platform with operations across four continents, forging strategic alliances with global financial institutions and technology leaders. Earlier, as Managing Director of C-MA International Ltd., he raised more than $200 million for early-stage ventures, structured international contracts exceeding $100 million, and established cross-border partnerships—including a groundbreaking global R&D collaboration with Dow Chemical.
